Our lifestyle change programs make it easier for people with pre diabetes to reduce their risk of type 2 diabetes and improve their overall health. Our lifestyle coaches are specifically trained to lead the programs to help you learn new skills, encourage you to set and meet goals, and keep you motivated.
Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) programs provide knowledge and skills for people who want to manage their type 2 diabetes and related conditions. Diabetes educators teach you how t eat healthy, be active, monitor blood sugar levels, take medication, reduce the risk for other heath conditions, and cope with your disease.
