Magnolia Medical Foundation (MMF) is a community-based organization founded in 2009 to provide preventative health services to high-risk and underserved individuals and communities.
Preventative health services consist of screenings, health education, promotion, and chronic disease management services for ailments like cancer, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and others.

Jackson Office
Erica Q. Thompson MD, MPH, CDFS earned her medical degree at Brown University Medical School in Providence, Rhode Island, her Masters of Public Health from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and her Bachelor of Science degree from Tougaloo College.
Erica is a public health practitioner dedicated to preventive health and well -being with a passion for patient, employee and community wellness. At Magnolia Medical Foundation, Erica is responsible for overseeing health interventions, health coaching, and programs that promote health literacy and wellness and address cost and quality in health care. Erica also serves as lead Lifestyle Coach and Master Trainer for Magnolia Medical Foundation.
